Coronavirus Service Update
With the fast paced and ever changing nature of the government advice regarding Covid-19 we wanted to inform you of some key operational decisions we have made, in addition to adhering to government guidelines, to ensure that we continue to provide you with an unbroken service for the foreseeable future. It's worth noting that the teams at Sygma are classed as keyworkers which will assist in ensuring this continual service for those clients that require it.
Our offices and phone lines will remain open during this period with the majority of our office staff working remotely from home. With today's technology and the use of Sat phones staff designated to work from home will be contactable as per normal.
Our service and installation engineering team will operate as normal but not together - we will not have key engineering staff on the same job - this should preserve our operational integrity and preserve engineering back up as we navigate the next few months whilst continuing to provide you with a seamless service.
We would like to thank our whole team who have been amazing, taking these changes in their stride and working through any issues efficiently to enable us to continue to support our clients effectively.
We haven't, at this time, been made aware from our Suppliers of any potential equipment shortages, although some equipment may be on a slightly longer lead time. This situation is unprecedented and as such will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Our sympathies go out to people who have lost loved ones during this crisis and we cannot thank enough all of the keyworkers supporting our Country through these turbulent times. We keep you all in our thoughts.
