SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES

Regular service and maintenance of your security systems will ensure reliability, reduce or eliminate potential downtime and extend the working life of your equipment. Sygma’s Service & Maintenance programmes take the uncertainty and hassle out of this chore with a range of service packages. We offer a choice of Service & Maintenance packages, based on the most popular options (full details of all Service & Maintenance packages, terms and exclusions will be supplied on request):

Sygma Gold Service Contract

  • All labour costs for call outs during normal office hours (out of hours charged at prevailing rate)
  • Prescribed preventative maintenance visits (see ‘Preventative Maintenance Programme’ schedule for full details) – number of annual visits depending on specific system/equipment
  • Free equipment repairs (exclusions apply – see below)
  • Free replacement parts
  • Free temporary loan equipment (for a maximum period of 7 working days) should yours need to be taken off site for repair
  • Prompt response from our professional engineers and customer support team

Sygma Silver Service Contract

  • All labour costs for call outs during normal office hours (out of hours charged at prevailing rate)
  • Prescribed preventative maintenance visits (see ‘Preventative Maintenance Programme’ schedule for full details) – number of annual visits depending on specific system/equipment
  • Free temporary loan equipment (for a maximum period of 7 working days) should yours need to be taken off site for repair
  • Prompt response from our professional engineers and customer support team
