Sygma Gold Service Contract
|
- All labour costs for call outs during normal office hours (out of hours charged at prevailing rate)
- Prescribed preventative maintenance visits (see ‘Preventative Maintenance Programme’ schedule for full details) – number of annual visits depending on specific system/equipment
- Free equipment repairs (exclusions apply – see below)
- Free replacement parts
- Free temporary loan equipment (for a maximum period of 7 working days) should yours need to be taken off site for repair
- Prompt response from our professional engineers and customer support team

Sygma Silver Service Contract
|
